Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

Warranty /Replacement Policy
For any warranty claim, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to Myparts. Once the claim have been verified and approved, Myparts will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the replacement to the buyer.

 

Order Cancellation Policy
After you placed an order, you will get an email confirmation of your order. Please check your order carefully to ensure you have ordered the correct parts. You can contact us immediately via email to cancel the order before the order is processed (generally within a few hours of placing the order). Once your order has been processed and order cancellation would incur a 20% restocking fee if the order has not been shipped out. All Freight charge is not refundable once orders has been shipped out.

 

Return Policy
Myparts only accept return within 3 weeks of the purchase date. Item needs to be returned to myparts in the original box and condition. Once the item is received in the acceptable condition, 30% restocking fee applis. Only the 30% price of the item minus the shipping fee shall be refunded to the buyer.

 

Product damaged in transit
Upon receiving your order, our warehouse picking and packing team open and inspect the item and we put forth every effort to package the product to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, do not attempt to fix it, contact our office immediately to raise the Return Authority (RA) and arrange the product to return.

 

Incorrect Parts Receieved
All packing processes at Myparts are barcode verified and video recorded. If you believe you have received an incorrect part, please contact us immediately with your invoice number so we can reviewed the scanned barcode and recorded video. If the order is deemed incorrectly dispatched, we will pay for the return shipping and send out the correct replacement for you once the incorrect parts is received at the warehouse.
